>>What is the IIN Shift?
>>GLEN COLELLO: The IIN Shift.
What I mean by the IIN Shift is that my life shifted, my priorities shifted.
>>ANDREA BEAMAN: You know, it is an amazing experience that you have to try for yourself
to really feel it inside and feel the changes and the improvements that you can make in
your entire life.
>>SARINA JAIN: You guys have no idea what you are about to experience.
It is fantastic.
>>RODNEY FISHER: It has been a great experience because they see me transform and become a
better person not only for myself but for them as well.
>>ROBERT NOTTER: That there was more to my life than I have thought and I had really
been living like a zombie.
I felt, in essence, that I was sleepwalking, and I woke up.
>>NICK ODDO: My mind has awakened.
I have more energy.
I feel... I feel incredible.
>>Are you ready to wake up?
>>ROBERT: So there was a point in my life when I thought to myself, "what is it costing
me, in terms of my health and my happiness and just my emotional well being, to stay
feeling stuck?"
"What is it costing me to just be in an ok life and kind of just following the motion,
following the routine?"
>>Have you ever felt like that?
>>ROBERT: I really thought about what it was costing me.
How was I settling in my life by not playing bigger?
Am I not figuring out, is there something else I can do, is there some place or answer
or solution that can help me find the answers within?
Because I didn't want to stay feeling stuck.
In essence I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.
>>Are you ready for the IIN Shift?
>>JOHN DOUILLARD: This is a science of life, it is how you can live life in harmony with
the natural cycles.
Whales migrate, leaves turn red, fall of trees, birds fly south, everything in nature is connected
to those beautiful cycles in nature.
So step one is that we learn how to live in sync with those natural cycles.
Most of us feel at the end of our day exhausted.
We wake up tired.
We crave things all day long.
And during our lives we feel that our life is a struggle.
And when you are living your life against the grain of these natural cycles, you are
going to feel exhausted.
So step one, really, is to begin to live your life in harmony with those natural cycles.
So that you are swimming downstream with the current of nature.
>>DAVID WOLFE: I do about one hundred to one hundred and thirty live events a year, maybe
more.
I've probably done as much as a hundred and fifty in a given year.
The events that I do with IIN, I run into IIN graduates more out there in the world.
I see that they are doing more things than all the other events that I do combined.
That is how powerful this program is.
>>Tell me more about IIN...
>>GLEN: What just resonated with me was just hearing from the graduates talk about what
kind of shifts they went through and what kind of amazing life they have now.
>>VANESSA BARG: The curiosity was just building and building and building and building and
I just couldn't wait until the first class.
And I was not let down.
Every single class, every single weekend, every single lunch when I had a chance to
speak with my peers, every single teacher that came to speak, every single time Joshua
stood there, every time I shared with my fellow classmates.
It was the best ever.
I could not have asked for more.
>>DAVID: I literally did nine years of higher education, colleges, universities, all different
kinds of different programs.
Maybe more, may have even been ten years or eleven years if I consider all the college
courses I have ever taken.
And one of the things that really excites me about what IIN does is that they address
all the different levels of our being.
Psychological, spiritual, emotional, metaphysical, financial, physical, the straight physics
of the body.
Never have I ever seen that in any kind of educational institutions, and that part of
it is so cool.
It just totally excites me and I know it excites all the students and graduates because I see
them years later and they are still talking about the Institution for Integrative Nutrition.
They are still excited about it.
I had a guy last night literally beg me, he was an IIN graduate, and he literally begged
me, "Can I come back to IIN just to see your talk I want to be there, can you bring me
in there, I want to sit in the front row."
I said, "Just show up they will let you in."
So he did and they let him in and he sat front row, and I had never seen that before.
I mean I've done all kinds of college courses and I have never seen anybody literally almost
beg me to come to be at one of the presentations at the school.
That was amazing.
>>ANDRA: So it was very freeing that way.
It was very freeing for me as a human being and as a healer.
It really helped me to find my bigger essence and to be able to teach that to people.
>>ROBERT: That is in essence what I do with my work, is I help people to turn their life
back on.
Just like when you put a plant in the window and you turn it away from the sun and it grows
back to the sun, that is what our work is about.
It is about turning people back to the light of health and happiness and helping them to
understand that they deserve to feel well.
Mentally, spiritually, physically.
And their life is worth it.
>>What will I learn at IIN?
>>JOHN: What is also interesting about this process is that the students they come here,
you know I always measure the success of the school based on how many students actually
practice what they have learned.
And I can tell you that, I don't exactly know the number, but I do many many consultations,
I talk to these students on the phone, via e-mail, and all I hear is success stories
of students opening practices, becoming successful, which is a real vote for the success of this
institution in that it's teaching them not only the knowledge of how to practice holistic
medicine, mind-body medicine, nutritional medicine, but even more importantly how to
take it and actually help others with it.
There is a movement taking place in America.
People want to take the reigns back to be responsible for their own healthcare yet they
don't know how to do that.
And this institution, this institute, provides the information so people can really, students
can come and gain information to go back out into the world and help these people who don't
know how to eat, who don't know anything about nutrition, who don't know how to handle their
emotions or their stress, their anxiety, or their worries.
They are going so against the grain of nature that they are really lost and so the purpose
of this, and the demand for this is so huge right now that this school has been just growing
exponentially year after year after year because of the demand of the people in this country
who are demanding to take responsibility for their healthcare.
And that is what we provide here, as we teach these students, is how to become independent
thinkers, how to become self-sufficient in understanding how natural medicine works,
and also to be able to deliver that to their clients.
>>TERRI KENNEDY: During the program I actually founded Power of Living which is my core company
and it is all about wellness and empowerment.
I went from the yoga to adding in the nutrition and then adding in the coaching and now I
speak across the country on how can you craft a more purposeful, powerful life using all
of these tools?
And joy is a big piece of what I do on a daily basis with my clients.
And that is at the heart of the IIN program.
>>VANESSA: IIN teaches you how to start your own business and they give you all of the
tools and all of the support.
They give you a website, they give you business cards, they give you a brochure, they give
you everything you could possibly need to start right there.
I started seeing clients in weekend four and we weren't even halfway there and I was already
benefiting and making my money back and changing people's lives.
I mean there can be nothing better.
>>Are you ready to experience this kind of passion in your life?
>>ROBERT: When you think about "It's just a dream it's not real," dreams in a way do
come true.
And it takes, again, going inside and seeing where you are keeping yourself stuck, and
recognizing that there is something out there and there are places and people who can support
you to learn to support yourself.
To actualize that life that perhaps you had only dreamed possible or you were told that
you couldn't have by people in your past, or perhaps even in your present.
Well the time is now to make a difference and to realize that I can either keep living
the past and re-experiencing it in the present, or I can just for a second shift my attention
to what is possible.
And even give myself just three seconds of pondering, "Is it worth just giving a shot?"
What is the worst that can happen?
In essence I have everything to gain and absolutely nothing to lose.
>>NICK: It has just been a phenomenal experience, I recommend it for everyone and it has become
my passion.
>>MORGAN CARMEN: And it was really the most profound experience of my life because it
taught me about food.
It taught me about healthy eating.
It became the foundation of how I live my life and actually how I brought my kids up.
>>ALLISON CARMEN: She has changed a lot of things and she has helped me through this
whole process.
And I feel good about it.
I am very proud.
I am proud of my mom, she did it really, really well.
