Charlie Jacoby here. This is my weekly round-up of the best fishing on YouTube
Sea Fishing magazine columnist and part-time politician Nigel Farage goes fishing in this
film. Hard to know whether you want to watch this for his views on angling or immigration.
In the interests of pro-European balance, Carp fishing - 98lb mirror Euro Aqua 2014
is Simon Crow's film about his trip to Euro Aqua in Hungary, featuring common carp to
71lb and the fourth biggest carp ever caught on rod & line - that 98lber.
Another honest Englishman, DomFishingUK is after big barbel, perch and chub. That is,
as he says, river fishing.
I like this one. How Fish Eat in slow motion shows THAT moment when your bait, lure or
fly is taken. It's fascinating.
This film from Thailand shows a similar scene but from the surface of the water. An extraordinary
take and an angler with incredible hair.
Staying international, Insane Dorado Fishing in Miami Huge School has Judah Clark 20 miles
out in 2,200 feet of crystal clear blue Gulf Stream water, hauling them in.
In Russia, Yarik Andersson shows off his spinner fishing techniques. This is turning into a
good all-round hunting and fishing channel.
And finally, Survival Fishing is KnifeHQ's morning on the river learning tips and techniques
for catching dinner when you're in a survival situation.
