Okay now we are going to cut this up and plate it like a pro. The other thing you can do
is because the rice is so sticky on the inside some times it is difficult to cut also the
sharper the knife the better that you are. We cut the ends and that is the part that
you would use as a example. Mmm very good. You can take some sesame oil and you dust
the knife with it a little bit not a lot. Just a little bit on each side or you can
get a wet rag and wipe it every single time. So we are going to cut that and arrange. Doesn't
that look pretty? We are going to cut it again and arrange. This is a average size gimbap
I have seen them much larger or round. I have also seen them smaller. Here we go. And it
is a little scary cause gimbap is something you can eat with reckless abandon and you
don't even realize that you are doing it. I think we would get one more good cut in
