The German weightlifting national team is here for a training camp.
As a preparation for the world championship.
So I thought I take you on a little journey!
I show you what we train, do and what we are up to in our free time.
And I will explain some things like regeneration and other stuff

Photo shooting is over and everything was good with perfect weather.
It was so exhausting so we need to take lunch now.
I got calf for lunch. Protein and a bit carbohydrates.
And a nice apple spritzer.

I need to eat more, because I weigh more than you.
I now have a appointment at the physio.
Just if you train really heard, you feel realize how important a good physio really is!
So I introduce you to our physio.

I help the strong men of the German weightlifting national team
I do this for a long time now.
My task is..

Before the training: warm up!
We leave the weightlifting room.

Goal of the warm up is to prepare the whole body.
To prevent injuries. Normally I do that on the tiller ergometer.
because you need to use your whole body
But there is no such thing here.
