Hey guys and welcome back to this video
If i sound a little rusty then its because my throat hurts a bit
Today i thought i would do a video on how i use pink eyeshadow
Because that is often a shade not everyone likes to use
I have learned to use my pink shadow in two different ways
and im using two different bases, so that is what im going to show you in this video
im filming one look now and the other one later
So it doesn't look crazy with one base on one eye and another one on the other
the two bases im using for my pink shadows is
The first is NYX's Jumbo eye pencil in Milk
and the other one is my Maybeline color tattoo in Ethernal Gold
Its a golden base, and there isn't that much left. But it's in a project i have going on that is Finish 5 by Cinco De Mayo
Yes, with this one the look becomes shimmery golden look
with this one you get a very matte look
So it will be two different looks you will see today
and the pink shadows im talking about is from my pan that palette
So these looks are some im panning right now, with my palette
So its this pink shade up here and the pink/purple shade underneath i will use today
I thinking i will use a different color for every look so you can see the difference
Its not big, but its there, and I thought it would be more fun with two different looks
I just think we should get started before this intro is getting way to long
firstly im going in with this primer from elf
this is my favorite at the moment, i use it everyday and i really love it
and its a cheap version compared to others
So im going in with my palette and setting my primer with the white eyeshadow
today i will use the color tattoo in Ethernal Gold
as a base, that i talked about before
im using this flat consealer brush from M. Cosmetics.
Its very very good, and quite dense so its good for cream shadows
Im im making surre not to put it into my crease because im want that to be brown, which im using in a second
Then im using my palette again and taking this light brown into my crease
then im going in with this pink shade here
tapping most of and then dapping it on
That must be it, and its not SO pink and it gets another sheen which i like
because pink shadows can be a bit wierd
This is actually a face powder, but its way too orange for me right now so im using it as a shadow.
I love it! And its a perfect matte orange shade for the crease
Then we are moving on to the outer V, because we would like some depth to the look
because it very orange and very pink
Im going in with this dark shade, and there isn't a lot left now..
That is basically what i do. so now i will go in with some eyeliner and mascara
Going in with my eyeliner from Flomar
Yup... It's not getting better than this.
I will put on some mascara and lipstick on
What... the stopper came out?!
Can you see that??
That is the stopper on the mascara that is supposed to be there
Thats why its so clumpy.. wauw
i guess the packaging broke or something?
thats so wierd..??
oh well...
It looks so disgusting..
Well i have putted it on one eye so now i need to put it on the other too..
Look at how much product there is on it now...
Just because of the stopper...
Now i know i should not take the stopper out of a mascara
Look at it!!.....
Its usually quite spiky at the end, but now its just a big clump of mascara
that would be it. I wont put on more because then it will be even more clumpy. I dont know if you can see it...?
then im going in with a lipstick from Elf. I think it's from their mineral lipstick line
but its in Fiery Fuschia. And it's SO pretty
That was everything for this look - so now lets move on to the other!
Okay, we have rached part two
that i have finally filmed for you
We are going to use this NYX shadow base in milk
giant..... Jumbo eye pencil. Thats the name
The first thing is to prime my eyelids like i always do
and im using Elf's eyelid primer in sheer
It's the one that suits me best compared to colors
And we are setting that with a white eyeshadow from catrice
It's the first time using this shadow. It's deffinetly making it matte.
The im going in with NYX shadow base
the color is getting more opake when i use a white base
and blending it out with my finger
So we dont get harsh lines under the eyeshadows
And lightly setting it with the white shadow
Then we are going to use the pink shadow
And im trying to do this
so i wont make any spoilers about my palette
but it's this shadow we are going to play with today
Its more of a pinky/purple that i really like
We need to blend that out with a color
And im using this brown color in my pan that palette
a perfect crease shadow
Then we are going in with this purple shadow here
And putting that in the outer corner - outer part of the eye
It something i have discovered that i really like
then it gets like a darker pink shade
i look quite yellow dont i?? Well.. im cant do anything about it.. Sorry
then we are putting something in the outer corner
And im using the dark brown in my palette, i wont show it to you because a lot is going on right now!
So that i wont show, but its just a dark brown shade
And then of course some mascara, im using Maybeline he Colossal Go Chaotic
Okay, it became my elf moisturising lipstick in wink Pink
It looks like this
Its a pretty pink/mauve color
So im in love with that shade, mauve tones are my favorite for lipsticks
and i think it suits this eyelook pretty good
that was everything for this video, i hope you liked it. And i hope you liked these two methods to use pink shadows
They are almost the same but with two different bases
It have been over a long time i have filmed this video, but then i haven't had the time and so...
So now i have filmed it, and im pretty happy about the outcome!
And these are some looks i can use everyday
And i hope you can get some inspiration to use pink colors
In a way that you really like and making this you own look!
Give this video a like if you liked it, it would mean so much to me you would
