Hi! My name is Greg Goldberg. We are here at Minetti's Italian Specialty in Wayne, PA.
I am here on behalf of Expert Village and today we are cooking chicken parmigiana. Here
is what you need to get started for your chicken parm. We have a double breast of chicken and
all of our seasonings. We have black pepper, salt, red pepper flake and granulated garlic.
The first thing we need to do is finish our bread crumb mixture. We are going to add our
granulated garlic. All the seasoning is really to taste. The bread crumb mixture you just
need enough to coat the bottom of the pan, maybe 1/2 to 1 inch of bread crumbs. We are
going to add our salt and our black pepper. This is going to give it some nice color and
flavor. We are just going to get in there and mix that all together. If you ever need
to even the bread crumbs out, just give the pan a little shake and you are set.
