Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I'm going to show you how to make white chocolate Oreo balls. I just want everyone to know,
I used about 8 ounces of cream cheese. I added about another 2 ounces just to give it the
consistency and the texture that I like. Here's where you can experiment and here's what I
found. By experimenting, we've come up with some good things. The only thing that we're
not going to use that I usually use are marshmallows, because they're a few people here that don't
like marshmallows. You decide what you're going to like. I always go with 2 heaping
tablespoons of peanut butter. It gives it just a little flavor of something. I get just
one squirt of chocolate syrup, about a 1/4 cup, I measure it too, of brown sugar, and
also 1/4 of pure honey. You're going to loosen everything up with a 1/4 cup of honey. What
you want to do then is start mixing everything with your spatula folding from the bottom
up, turning, and folding.
