A lot of Christians they have a lot of trouble with marriage and I get a lot of questions
concerning marriage. People they often cannot commit to each other in the long term and
end up denying their vows, breaking their vows, and going off and divorcing and remarrying.
But I want to tell you what Jesus says about marriage. You see people are very fickle and
they can change but God never changes. He calls us to HONOUR OUR VOWS. When you face
him on judgement day, he will also call you to account for your marriage. Now Jesus said
to the pharisees who asked him: Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any reason?
And Jesus said, "Have you not read that God made them male and female at the beginning?
For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother for his wife, and they shall be
united and become one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let nobody separate."
Dear friends, if you separate what God has joined together, then you will also come under
his judgement if you claim his name. Honour your marriage and honour God who gave you
that marriage. If you submit these things to him, he will help you work it out. Do not
let satan come in and destroy what God brought together. Dear friends it is time that we
fear the Lord and we must know that he does not change, and if we claim him, neither must
we change. Submit to Jesus, your marriage, and he will help you. But don't fall under
his judgement by going your own path. Jesus bless you...
