How are you guys doing? Alright?
Yeah, we're really good. A little bit tired because we've been in rehearsals all week,
so we're really glad we're here because it's going to be like a little warm up because
we start on Tuesday for the tour.
I don't know about you, but the years gone pretty blinking quickly, hasn't it?
Yes, so fast.
This time last year, you were probably panicking about performing on The X Factor tonight.
Yeah, it was the semi-finals.
Semi-finals. Tonight is the night we went. And here we are performing at the Jingle Bell
Ball in front of X amount of people. What? 50,000? Incredible.
Just a few. A couple of people.
Did you ever dream this would happen, guys?
No, never. Never.
Were you heartbroken when you didn't win?
Uhhh yeah. No. I think we were a little bit... We were like...
But the amount of great artists that have come out of it. Obviously you've got One Direction.
You've got Olly Murs, which haven't won it. So it just shows it's just a great platform.
Do you think you get the curse if you win it?
I think there's a lot of pressure because you have to have the number one album and
number one single. Little Mix have done well. They've done amazing. Leona Lewis has done
amazing.
I guess kind of 1D did quite well as well.
Yeah, that's the thing. They're okay.
Congrats, congrats.
Daddy-O. Congrats on having the best hair in town.
I was going to say yours looks nice. So how about a high five? Yeah, love it.
It's Princeton? How is he?
He's really good. Yeah, he's really good. He cries a lot, but he's so cute.
Massive change.
Yeah, yeah.
How has your life changed? He's like two weeks old now. A week old?
To be fair, a week and two days... I haven't really changed. When his girlfriend was pregnant...
I haven't really had time to sit down and think about that I have a kid.
Your girlfriend's like hello? When are you coming home?
Before he was born, you were very stressed and uptight, but now... I was. Now I've kind
of gone back to the same JJ and chilled out.
Coolest dad in the world.
I don't think many babies are going to be able to say at the age of three weeks, they
went to see their dad on tour.
Are you going to do a little Spice Girls and bring him on with some earphones on?
That's what I want to do, yeah. Yeah, like George said, we have the tour in three days,
four days time, so it's obviously... I'd love him to come to one of the... a couple of them...
bring him onto stage and do like a Lion King thing.
I love that. Guys, good luck tonight. Have fun.
