>> DALE: Good afternoon. This is Dale Snyder with the Snyder Group at Keller Williams Realty,
here at Las Vegas, Nevada.
The main purpose in this video is to just give you a brief understanding of why you
should work with a team of realtors versus an individual.
So, let's jump right in.
[music]
I want to start this by giving an example that I think is the best relevant to best
explain the benefit of a team.
So, you're going into the doctor's office, right?
Imagine if the doctor greeted you. The doctor took your payment and your information. The
doctor took you back, did your blood pressure.
The doctor, then took you into the room to do the consult. Then the doctor took you back
to do your x-ray.
And then the doctor took you back into the room to go over the results. Then, the doctor
came back in to do your script. Then, he took you up front to register your payment and
schedule you for your next visit.
And then went back up front and greeted the next customer and ran him through that entire
process.
Imagine the level of service he would give? Not to say that you're ever happy with your
service when you go to your doctor's office.
But imagine if they didn't have that infrastructure and set up.
How chaotic and disastrous it would be? And how little business and the quality of business
the doctor would be able to do.
That's one analogy that I think resonates best.
And then look at a basketball team that wins like the world championship, when they're
working together as a team versus an individual working on their own but trying to be part
of a team- like the individual agent.
They can never accomplish anything at a high level.
So let me jump right in to the team. Our team is broken down into a few important divisions
that you should know about. Our back office, all you really need to know about that is,
our agents have support staff.
Everything that goes on behind the scenes, they're supported with. They can focus on
what's most important for you; buying, selling, investing, relocating.
If you're a seller, we have agents that's specifically are listing agents. That is all
they do. They don't work with buyers. They only focus on selling your home.
And since we do a higher volume, these agents are experts at negotiating because they're
doing a large volume of it.
We have a marketing department. Our marketing persons, they're only goal is to get the maximum
exposure to help you sell your home. So, have somebody devoted to that section.
If you're looking to buy, we have a division of buyer's agents that are custom picked to
work with; Are you a first time home buyer?
Are you a move up investor? Are you looking in the luxury sector?
Are you in a specific sector market within the valley?
We will put you with the right agent.
The investors, that's a whole other special hybrid niche. So you have to be good with
numbers. And be an investor yourself to be able to really help an investor.
So we have some agents on our team that specialize with that.
We have a relocation division. So if you're looking at doing a very important relocation
with a company, we know how to walk through that entire process with you.
I hope this information was of value to you. It's just to really make you understand the
team concept and why it's important.
I think there's a lot of confusion out there and misunderstanding, where the consumers
are a little leery to work with a team.
They think, "Hey, I only want to work with Dale," for example, but you'll be working
with this person. Each person on our team is better at what they do, than I am. That's
why we work together.
I'll take you back to that All Star basketball team. Each person on that team is better at
something than anybody else on that team.
I want to thank you for taking the time to listen to this video.
We value and really appreciate the opportunity to earn your business, whether it's today
or sometime in the future.
This is Dale Snyder with the Snyder Group at Keller Williams Realty.
Have an awesome day.
