This is Giottos tripod I carry with me
Manfrotto video head with QD plate
It is quite heavy but good for panning and very stable
I hang a backpack underneath when I wait for deer to turn up
I carry tripod with me when stalking but it is heavy and noisy if I also carry sticks at the same time
It is not the quickest but gives best results
This was filmed off tripod and deer was shot off sticks
This is Polaroid flexible tripod
It has small plastic QD plate and small ball head
This tripod is £10 off eBay
It can be attached to a branch, fence post or whatever is available
It is quite stable, easily movable, quiet and lightweight
It can even be attached to a rifle with no fancy mount
This looks daft but can be quite effective
Camera has to be aligned with the scope
Just tighten the ball head when camera is pointing right direction
I carry camera in my pocket and tripod wrapped around the rifle
And attach when see deer
It works best on a small caliber moderated rifle when muzzle flip is not too bad
This was filmed using flexible tripod wrapped around the rifle off sticks
A bit shaky but still usable footage
But this flexible tripod is best used when on a high seat
Just wrap it around the shooting rail
It can be quickly moved around if needed
But it is better to use two tripods facing different directions and just move the camera
It is stable, quiet and easy to use
This was filmed using flexible tripod from a high seat
