We're the authors
of the New York Times best seller, "Skinny ***."
We wrote "Skinny ***" to help women
make better choices with food.
We decided to make these workout DVDs
to help women get active.
We know the title "Skinny ***" is a little ***.
We wanted to make sure we got your attention.
We truly care about making a difference in your lives.
We want you to get healthy with us.
When we first met, we immediately bonded over
our love of food. We were both total junk food addicts.
And we never bothered to exercise.
And we were miserable, unhappy unhealthy ***.
But when we changed our diet and got active
everything else in our lives changed too.
Oh, don't get us wrong, we still love eating.
Now, we just make healthier choices.
And because we eat better, we have more energy
and we're actually motivated to exercise.
And in our minds, that's really all a skinny *** is.
Someone who eats well, exercises and loves herself as a result.
It doesn't matter what size you are, how much you weigh.
Life's too short to be hung upon stupid stuff like your fat roll.
Or thinking your *** are too small.
We're all perfect just the way we are.
I love my small ***. You know why?
- Why? - They're the *** I've got.
It'd be stupid not to love 'em.
Love yourself no matter what you look like.
As long as you're taking care of yourself.
- Feel great about your ***. - Or fat roll.
Or butt, no matter how big it is.
Remember, no matter how well you eat, you gotta move your ***.
The benefits of regular exercise are endless.
You'll look better, you'll feel better, you'll even poop better.
In "Skinny ***," our DVD series
we've got three amazing workouts that are gonna kick, sculpt
and bounce your *** into shape.
But first, we're gonna separate the *** from the babies
in our fun, but fierce Skinny *** Boot Camp.
In the second disc we've got our Skinny *** Body routine and if
it doesn't kill you, it'll definitely make you stronger.
On disc three, we're gonna build you a rump
to be reckoned with on "Skinny *** *** Bounce."
By the time you've finished our series
you're gonna look and feel like the skinny ***
you're born to be, from the inside out.
You can't keep doing what you do and expect things to change.
In conjunction with a healthy diet outlined in our book
regular exercise is the key to creating
the body you've always wanted and the life you deserve.
As women, we spend so much time and energy
doing things for others, when it comes time
to taking care of ourselves, we have nothing left.
Well, that stops today.
You deserve to be happy, healthy and in great shape.

There are days that I would rather
eat a pile of dog poo than workout.
But there's something about dancing, it's like you're
getting this great workout, but you're not really working out.
Yeah, and as horrible as I am at dancing, it's a fun thing to do.
(Kim) So, kiss your excuses and fat butt goodbye.
This dance-based workout hits all your jiggly parts.
It's true. We're gonna look hot while we get hot.
I'm definitely not gonna look hot, but I'm gonna pretend I am.
I'm gonna love every second of it.

There's something that releases in our brains
like an extra chemical when we dance.
