We’re in the IT services business
the challenges that uh... i face in communicating with the sales force is that
number one their global and number two i expect them to be in front of the customer
not in my office waiting to hear from me i like to reach down into the
organization to the sales folks that are in front of the customer and the way to
do that is I use Kulu Valley technology they haven't got to drive to me
take a train to come to bt center to talk to me their at their home their in
their clients their
at the coffee shop listening to a message online live
and they can do it as and when they choose if one of my sales team misses
the information or is unclear clear they simply go back to the video play it again they
don't have to play the whole thing
they can go to the piece that they know was relevant to the slide that was relevant
get the information take the action my sales force expect
to hear and are literally looking forward
to the next message like to make it
uh... entertaining at times
bring in a guest speaker uh... and their are always expecting something
else
you get stopped in the corridor and asked when's the next kulu cast because
i wanna know what's going on
I also know that I literally have video evidence that they have heard
digested
and then they'll deliver upon those messages
and it's technology that we sell to our clients it makes it very straightforward
therefore
for the sales individual
to go to the client
and use that same technology that they are using
and being fed on a constant basis a technology like Kulu Valley is suited
in a suite of technology services my vision for the future using this
technology is ubiquity and regular communication from my sales force
to their clients their clients anticipate and expect communication using the
video technology from Kulu Valley
