On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make some delicious
Island chicken. We are going to make a pineapple vinaigrette to go over our Island chicken
platter. Then platter it with all the greens, the fruit, nuts and the chicken it will be
drizzled with a pineapple vinaigrette. Here is how we are going to do it. We'll start
with some canola oil we are going to add some rice vinegar. It's about a 1/3 cup of vinegar
and 1/4 cup of rice vinegar there is not a lot of oil in this one, then a 1/2 cup of
pineapple coconut nectar, some lime (zest and juice) a little Dijon mustard, love mustard
love the Djjon mustard flavor and it also gives the vinaigrette a little body. I need
some honey and finally some crushed garlic. Those are the ingredients that we'll need
to make our pineapple vinaigrette. In the next clip, we are actually going to make the
vinaigrette so I'll hope you'll join me then.
