Hi, my name is Jessica Claire, and I'm a professional dating coach, here in New York City, for New
York Dating Coach. In this clip, we're going to discuss how to break the ice, when talking
to a woman. When talking to a woman, the best thing to do, if you're really, really nervous
about the approach, is to just admit that. If you smile and you laugh, if you seem a
little off, or a little goofy, nervousness isn't the issue. If you come off as nervous,
but you at least try, and you go in and you introduce yourself with confidence, or if
you get a little shaky or nervous, those things are ok, so the best way to break the ice,
is to just come out and say the truth. I was nervous to come over here, and talk to you,
but here I am. Making it known that you might be nervous about something, allows the other
person to also admit that they may be not necessarily comfortable. Even if she's a smoking
hot broad, she's probably nervous about being in a bar by herself, or standing alone, or
waiting for a man to talk to her, so if you say, I just didn't have a choice, but to come
over and say hi, you might make her smile and feel a little more comfortable. This has
been Jessica Claire, with New York Dating Coach.
