Hi. Kelly Sharp here. I'm in my Alameda office this afternoon in between sessions and I just
wanted to throw up a real quick video post about the topic of happiness. Happiness is
something that we talk to our family and friends about often when we're sharing with them about
a recent experience we may have had that made us feel alive and energized and excited. Sometimes
we may be talking with them about maybe not feeling so happy because something didn't
turn out quite the way we planned and we're feeling a little down in the dumps.
I was listening to a Tony Robbins CD in my car the other day called "The Ultimate Edge"
which is a really great personal development program, and Tony was talking about his formula
for happiness. And a few things he taught really struck me and I wanted to share them
with you. Tony Robbins says that happiness occurs when our current life conditions match
up with our blueprints. Our blueprints are sets of expectations that we've developed
for ourselves or maybe sometimes other people have developed for us. And these sets of expectations
dictate what we hold ourselves to, the standard from which we want to see our life or ourselves
at any given point in time.
So I wanted to throw this out there to you, get your thoughts, ideas and comments about
your current life conditions. Are you proactively working hard to manifest the life conditions
that you want for yourself? If you can emphatically answer that question yes, then I encourage
you to think about your blueprints. Have your blueprints been updated recently? Are they
still relevant? Or have they maybe been informed by outdated resources. So just a few things
for you to think about. I hope that this brief video has been a little thought provoking,
and as I mentioned earlier shoot me an email or leave me a comment below. I'd love to hear
your thoughts. Until next time, see you soon.
