We're early this morning at Klang's famous Bak Kut Teh stall
Teluk Pulai Restaurant. The crowd hasn't come in yet
but we have placed our orders. Now it's time to make tea.
We have decided to have jasmin tea this morning so we're going to open up
the pack,
put it in the teapot, then fill up teapot with hot water.
Once it's done, pour the tea over the cups,
fill it up one at a time like this.
Just pour everything out until the teapots is empty. Now we will wash
every single cup. Place the first one on top and swirl it around
the bottom cup like this.
Then when you're down to the last cup, just pour the content into the red container
so that our fork and spoons will be sterilised
and now you can put the cups back onto the metal container
where you can fill the cup with tea again.
Now the tea is ready and the food is here, let's eat!
