Jane: Hello I wanted to speak to the Minister about health services in the local area or
I should say the (State) member for Kaurna I'm a resident in Seaford I'm in the Minister's electorate.
Staff: What is your name? Jane: Janette Francis Staff: You live at Seaford.
You making a health enquiry are you? Jane: Yes. I have a massive infection in the side
of my head if the source of the infection is not found I will die it will kill me without
doubt it's quite flared up at the moment swollen down my jaw and along side of my throat, my
ear lobe is terribly swollen I got a course of penicillin recently but when I went to doctor
who saw the problem refused to investigate the cause of the problem
I suggested to him I had been used as a target for unlawful medical research
He dug his heels in refused to investigate the problem he basically said
there is no path to investigate the criminal use of surgical implant material,
despite the Therapeutic Goods Act. Staff: Just a moment. Staff: I am not sure
you are on Elek-Track I can not get the rest of your details what is your address? Jane:
Seaford Rise, you may spell Janette wrong, middle name Gail, I think I am on the
electoral roll under a silent address. Staff: Telephone number? Jane: I do not want to give
you my telephone number. Staff: You have been to see a doctor? Jane: I have been to see
a number of doctors and have complained about fraudulent diagnosis in radiology film
for my complaints I have been detained under mental health Act unlawfully (ASHFORD & ROYAL ADELAIDE HOSPITAL)
however my unlawful detention has not even been investigated. Then when I went to see
an orthopedic doctor at QUEEN ELIZABETH HOSPITAL ADELAIDE after torture changes in criminal law and
because I complained about foreign items inside me he decided that was reason to attempt to
illegally detain me under mental health Act unsuccessfully however I was criminally harassed
by persons claiming to be from the mental health industry for the next week with (several
defamatory and false content) telephone and mail communications but my complaints about
that have not been addressed so basically my prime question to the Minister is, "What
are the steps a person needs to take in order to have a diagnosis confirmed or denied that
there are implants inside them that are visible in radiology film?"
Staff: Okay I will make a note of that for John (State member of parliament
for Kaurna John Hill MP). Jane: I would like to see him. Staff: I can not make appointments
I can make a note for his office manager. Jane: You can not make appointments? I do
not want telephone communications as last time someone rang claiming to be from this
office to say John Hill MP was canceling the appointment I had because I had a matter in
the courts involving the police (prosecuting Christies Beach police assaulting me). Staff:
Like I said I can not make appointments but I have made note of what you have said for
John. Jane: Is that correct can you just check that for me to see if it is correct? Staff:
So you have been to see a doctor about the infection ...(WRONG) Jane: I came here to
make an appointment in April last year (2010) can you just check to see the reason that
appointment was cancelled? Staff: I could find the files does that make a difference?
Jane: Well it probably will it will make a difference to me. Staff: In what way? Jane:
Well I will know if somebody else rang up purporting to be an employee from this office
or whether it was someone from this office I will know the truth. Staff: I imagine it
would have been someone from this office I do not think we have had any instances of
someone pretending to be someone from this office. Jane: How would you know? Staff: Well
I do not know Jane: You would only know if someone like me comes back and says something
then you go and have a look wouldn't you? Staff: Yeah I imagine it is correct. Jane:
So you are telling me there is no one here in authority in this office to make appointments
to see my State electorate representative John Hill? Staff: Well there is but it comes
under the office manager "HE" is not available at the moment (remember this claim). Jane:
So you are telling me that there is no one here right now to allow me to make an appointment
to see my member of (state) parliament? Staff: No Jane: So when would that person be available?
Staff: I am not sure did you want to come back or did you want us to contact you? Jane:
I would need to come back to see that particular person to make the appointment don't I so
when would that person be available? Staff: Just a moment I have to look at the calendar
Jane: Thank you very much Half time new Staff: Hello Jane: Hello how are you Half
time staff: I am good Jane: I would like to make an appointment to see Mr Hill MP please?
Half time staff: I can't I have been trying to get threw for you but I can't there is
no one there in his office at the moment. Jane: This is his office here Half time staff:
Yes I know but we do not make appointments here it is done through the city office (the
Adelaide MINISTERIAL office, has to be a conflict of interest) Jane: You don't make appointments
in his electorate office to see him on electorate reasons? Half time staff: No. We have a system
where I need to speak to his (ministerial) personal assistant we deal purely with, I
mean we can help you with something... Jane: How come I made an appointment in here last
year to see him in the electorate office to see him on electorate reasons? Half time staff:
I can not speak for what happened previously (utter rambling) so if you would like me to
if you would like contact you don't want to leave your phone number, so if you want to
come back to us tomorrow perhaps I will see if I can find out for you by then. Jane: Okay
Half time staff: Okay? But I know that last time because something was going through the
courts we could not actually um (stopped talking) Jane: Something involving the police and nothing
to do with John Hill MP? Half time staff: I have no idea what it was (now she has forgotten)
Jane: Well it was nothing to do with the member for Kaurna (John Hill MP) ... Half time staff:
I can not remember it does not mean anything to me. Jane: unless he was wearing a police
disguise and assaulted me. Half time staff: You had something going through the court
did you? (now she has amnesia) am I right or what I can not recall exactly? Jane: It
was against the South Australia police department and basically South Australia government generally.
Half time staff: Yeah well because he is a member of the government (pause) anyway Jane:
He may be a member of the government but he is also my member in parliament Half time
staff: (inaudible) Jane: Hang on a minute stop there, so what is the priority what does
he represent? Does he represent the rights of the people or the legal responsibility
or obligations of government? Half time staff: He has both responsibilities. Jane: Okay,
so if I am prosecuting the State because of something the State has dome wrong so my member
in parliament can not provide me with any assistance (mediation) to prevent the prosecution
occurring or go any further? Half time staff: No he can't Jane: Well the reason I sued the
government in the first place was because John Hill MP refused to speak to me Half time
staff: He can not interfere at all Jane: Did you hear me? The reason I decided to sue the
government in the first place was because John Hill MP refused to speak to me Half time
staff: Well I am just his mouth I am just the office manager here (remember what I said
before about "HE" this self confessed office manager is a female) Half time staff: All
I can say is I have tried to ring his city office I can not give you the advice today.
Jane: Okay what is the best time for me to come back tomorrow? Half time staff: Well
if you give me your telephone number Jane: No I don't Half time staff: What about your
address he certainly won't see you if he can not get in contact with you Jane: I have already
given the young lady my address Half time staff: We have got that? Jane: I am on the
electoral roll Half time staff: Oh I haven't got you (shocked) you are on the electoral
roll? Jane: Absolutely Half time staff: Argh I just looked Jane: Janette Gail Francis Half
time staff: F-R-A-N-C-I-S (spelling it) Jane: F-R-A-N-C-I-S Jane: J-A-N-E-T-T-E Jane: G-A-I-L
Half time staff: At Seaford? Jane: At Seaford Rise my address is not on the public roll
... Half time staff: Oh that is why I can not find it, if you would like to come back
tomorrow Jane: I have my address as confidential on the roll although it is rather useless
these days Half time staff: I would try to get advice so I can tell you tomorrow Jane:
What is the best time? (again) Half time staff: Ok well probably later rather than sooner
Jane: What time tomorrow? Half time staff: This time tomorrow Jane: 4 o'clock tomorrow
17 February 2011 would you just write that down so I don't forget please Half time staff:
(talks to herself whilst writing then reads it all out loud ) Jane: Excellent thank you
Half time staff: Have I been videoed by the way? Jane: You have Half time staff: I can
sue you for that Jane: No you can't because (when seeing the camera) you haven't asked
me not to do it darling (Jane opening exit door, outside traffic sounds, door closes)
