Using LOCO Exporting and publishing a LOCO document
LOCO can be published to a variety of outputs. Currently MS Word, html, moodle quizzes or
ipub for mobile devices. Saving and exporting LOCO documents follows
the same process regardless of whether you're are exporting to Word, html, epub or Moodle
quizzes.
First, we will export to MS Word to create a print document. Click on File -- Export
then Export to MS Word
It may take a while for the word document to be published.
You may need to switch between applications to view the word document.
When the Word document appears, this is a good opportunity to check for typo
and grammatical errors.
You can then save the Word document.
Now to export to html
Click File -- Export and Export to html. Navigate to where you want to
save the file to and click Save
You will receive a message when the export is complete
You can find the published files in a folder named after the LOCO document with a _LOCO_html
added to the folder name.
Open the folder and click on the index.html file and you will see the published output
shown in your web browser.
Always make edits in the LOCO document and republish as many times as required
