I just brought the cupcakes out. You can see they are so pretty. See how it's starting
to melt down in the center? Do you know how much I want to dive into those. How good do
they look? These are still cooling though I do have a couple that I made previously
that are already cooled. I'm actually going to actually ice these right now and that is
important because you don't want your icing running all over the place and dripping down
the sides of the cupcake. As yummy and gooey as that looks and it is what you want it to
be pretty to stay on top of the cupcake so cool the cupcakes first. I have some here
that I already cooled. You can see a couple of them did sink in right there where I put
in the Reese's in the center, that's okay it happens sometimes when you puncture a cake
or cupcake that has been rising. It happens but these are not so bad we're just going
to put some icing right on top of it and no one will ever know. To let you know I did
chill the icing a little bit so it would sit right on top very nicely so I recommend doing
that. So you should be working with slightly chilled icing and cooled room temperature
cupcakes. Oh my gosh are you kidding me this is ridiculous you know what it doesn't have
to go all the way to the edges cause when you bite into it-it kind of gets all over
the place. So it can sit right in the center like that it just looks so cute right there,
oh yeah these look great. I can't wait to dive into one of these.
