Hi. This is Mark Gray from ilovefitnessmarketing.com. I just wanted to give you a quick video on
how we set up our quarters to our business.So we obviously spent the year up into quarters
– that is every three months. We set ourselves goals/targets to hit in those three months
and then we break those down to monthly. And if it is the beginning of April now, we spent
three days, I think, last week planning our next three months and that is used in just
“thinking time”.So we are not doing anything other than literally thinking, planning, looking
at what we have achieved in that last three weeks, what has or has not worked, and we
what’s called “experience-transformed,” and that is from Strategic Coach, where we
experience-transformed what has worked, so we improved what has worked. Obviously, we
want to keep doing what has worked. And then what has not worked, we either drop or we
looked at how we can change it to make it work. So if you do not know, if you do not
track what you are doing, if you set yourselves targets, you cannot repeat something, you
cannot improve it.One of the biggest things I want you to take away from any of these
videos or podcasts is that if you are not tracking something, you cannot improve it
and if you are not looking to improve something, you are never going to get a different result.
