Today, we will prepare a version of Cuban mojito
cool and refreshing drink, drank a lot in the summer,
which is the peculiarity Yerba buena.
The yerba buena, is a plant that grows wild in Cuba
and is more delicate than the common mint.
For this reason it is not crushed as in the European version.
Add brown sugar refined white and lime juice.
The sparkling water should be paid at the end as top,
but in the initial mixing of ingredients, can help to release the aromas of mint.
With a gentle movement of the pestle, we release the essential oils of Yerba Buena.
Fill our glass with crushed ice
and complete the drink with white rum.
Blend it gently with stir spoon
to complete, as a decoration, a rind of lemon and a sprig of mint.
4.0 cl white rum, 3.0 cl lime juice, 3 sprig of mint, 2 spoons of sugar, top of sparkling water
