Essences or elixirs are made with stones, and
the only thing
that you do have to be cautious with is some stones can be toxic or may
disintegrate
when they're introduced to water. But I do have an article that's accessible
from my website:
www.LoveAndLightHealingSchool.com
that is a very complete list of
stones that you need to be cautious with when creating tinctures.
But in general, clear quartz crystal
is very safe for that purpose. So if you're curious and you want to try it out,
take a plain
clear quartz crystal,
rinse it under some running water in your sink, place it in a glass of drinking water overnight,
and be sure to take the stone out in the morning so that you don't accidentally swallow it. And
compare it to a regular glass of tap water - and most people say that they'll find it's sweeter
and it does seem to be a little bit more vibrant and energized.
So another thing you can do is water your plants with
that water and a great experiment is to water one plant with the quartz water and
another plant with regular tap water, and you'll definitely see the difference in the growth of the plant.
The crystal does have a
certain amount of healing energy innate to itself,
but when we combine that healing energy with our intention, that's when the healing can
really begin.
