Dredge powdered sugar over the mold.
Divide dredging in twice.
Now, bake it

While baking, prepare yoghurt panna cotta
Soak 15g of powdered gelatin in water.
heat it in microwave at 600watt for 40sec.

Then, put plain 150g of yoghurt into a bowl and mix it.
Put 100g of granulated sugar into it and mix again.

And add 200cc of fresh cream in it and mix again.
And finally, add melted gelatin in it and mix again...
It's ready.
Set biscuit bottom of mold.
Put 1can of cut peach on the biscuit.
And then, pour panna cotta into the mold.
And keep it in the fridge for 2hours.
For decoration,
Make 2 Thin sliced peach.
And 2 sliced strawberry.
Then, cooled cake is ready.
Stick biscuit side of mousse.
It's almost done.
Tie up ribbon now.
Line up strawberries on the top of the cake.
Decorate sliced peach like flower leaf in the centre of the cake top.
It's more pretty you can decorate from outside to inside like this.
And put other slice strawberry on it.
Mint can be pretty accent.
It's done now!
