To make this raspberry roll you will need 125 gr of sugar, 125 gr of flour, 5 eggs,
½ eggshell of water and raspberry jam Preheat the oven at 220 °
Separate the egg yolks from the whites In a bowl, mix the sugar and the egg yolks
Little by little add the flour and keep mixing Add the half eggshell of water, keep mixing
It's time to beat the egg whites until stiff. A tip ! by adding a pinch of salt they will
become firmer Incorporate the egg whites into the preparation
and mix the preparation energitically Spread parchment paper on a flat oven dish,
spread the dough on the dish Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 °
Take it out of the oven, turn over the dought on a fresh parchment paper remove the remaining
parchment paper from the bottom side of the dought
Roll up while it's hot so that the roll takes shape and let cool for about 3 minutes
Open up the roll and spread the jam Now roll the dought again
It's time to decorate your desert with some icing sugar for example, cut the extremities
and serve! With this roll, your guests won't hide their
delight!
