Rijnveste is the newest Idealis student housing complex in Wageningen.
It provides housing for 345 students and PhD students.
The first tenants have lived there since April 2, 2013,
with 52 units occupied by four or six tenants.
They share a live-in kitchen and sanitation facilities.
There are also self-contained rooms for students and
apartments for PhD students.
It's a great place to live.
It really seems like a small palace.
There are six of us girls living here,
all first-year students with the same study program.
We regularly eat, play sports and go to classes together.
It's a nice neighborhood.
We have our own wash basins in our rooms.
There are two showers
and two toilets,
along with a common living room and kitchen.
Yes, quite nice, actually. There are six of us sharing a spacious apartment.
Everything is brand new.
There's a park nearby, close to the campus.
We used to live separately outside Wageningen,
but when we saw this we thought,
hey, let's rent this together in Wageningen.
How about the location? Do you like it?
Great location -- the university is only five minutes away.
It's also quite close to the city center.
It's also quite close to the city center.
One minute you can enjoy the bustle of a university town;
and on the other side of your house there's a kind of meadow
ideal for running, cycling and having picnics.
Being so close to campus is convenient.
And, as I said, the park is really nice with the football goal, for example, and plenty of space. Fabulous.
