Hi, I am Kinsey Snyder on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we are going to talk
about etiquette on the fairway. My ball here is 150 yards away, for me that is 9-iron,
I brought four clubs with me, a six, seven, eight, nine as you can see. The yardages on
golf courses are almost always to the center of the green, so if the pin is up front that
could be as little as 135 yards, or if the pin is in the back it could be as much as
175 yards, plus wind conditions can mean a club or two as well, so be prepared, this
helps save time; and if my partner is 30 yards away, and I only have my 7-iron and I need
to hit a 8-iron or a 6-iron, I don’t have to waste time to go get it, or just hit the
shot feeling uncomfortable with the club I have only. So be prepared, take time to took
at the yardages first, and the wind conditions, and ultimately it will save you plenty of
time in the long run, thank you.
