Hi, I'm Karl Romain. Welcome to our Shaolin video, A Leap Into Pu Bu. Now Pu Bu is what
we call drop stance. So at first we'll demonstrate the drop stance. So from your, so from your
position spread your legs apart. Now I want you to point your toes out. Then you're going
to drop your body to one side. As you drop your body to one side you're going to make
sure your feet are flat. And you're a going to look and lean towards your front foot.
Make sure you keep your hands in your chamber, or you can have your hand in chamber, hand
at the shoulder. So this is the end position, or the drop stance, or what they call in Chinese
Pu Bu. Okay. Now to leap we're gonna break it down into pieces. First block the knee,
hand back, step down, raise your arms up and over. And over towards the right. And as you
do it towards your right you're gonna look at your hands. Now you're going to lift your
other knee and jump off your left foot. Now drop down into Pu Bu. Okay, now we'll do it
a little bit faster. So we're gonna setup, block the knee position, and begin. And one
more time. And go. This concludes our demonstration of Leap Into Pu Bu.
