My name is David Ickert. I'm the, uh, vice president of finance of Air Tractor located in Olney, Texas. Air Tractor is a small business that manufactures agricultural and forestry fire--firefighting airplanes. Olney, Texas is a small town in, in rural northwest Texas. About 50% of our planes are now, uh, exported throughout the world. Uh, those planes go to, uh, customers in countries in Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Australia, Canada, China, and other countries throughout the world. We first started getting more serious about exporting in 1994. In 1995 we used our first, uh, product from Ex-Im Bank, which was the Medium Term Credit insurance. Today we still use the Medium Term Credit Insurance product. In 1994, '95, approximately ten percent of our planes were exported. Today over 50% of our planes are exported. That growth has been made possible with the products of Export--of the Export-Import Bank. With that increase in exporting, we have been able to increase our jobs in Olney, Texas, which are very important to a community of 3,000. From 19--from 2007 to 2011, our employment base has moved from 160 people to 270 people. So Ex-Im has helped us create jobs. Ex-Im helps us sustain jobs. For 2012 we're looking at a production rate of over 170 airplanes. That is a record year for us. Of those, at least 44 of them will need Ex-Im support; again, another record for, for our involvement with Ex-Im Bank. The Export-Import Bank Medium Term Credit Insurance program helps our buyers finance their airplanes for--uh, the purchase of our airplanes for five years. Many of these buys, this is the largest financial transaction they've ever been involved with, and could not do it without Ex-Im Support. We have been partners with the bank for over 100 transactions since 1995, and we have never had to make a claim on, on Ex-Im for the product that we're, we're using.
