Hi, this is Crystal on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to make my apple caramel
cake. I grabbed the glaze and notice that it is a nice caramel color and kind of a caramel
consistency as well. It is going to be delicious on this cake and I'm just going to spoon it
just let it drizzle all over the cake here. I'm just going to keep doing it until you're
finished with this pan, just let it go where it wants to go, let it drizzle onto the cake
all over. Again it's okay if it drips onto the wax paper but we're just going to spoon
it back up and put it back on. I love caramel. We are almost finished with the pot I'm trying
to scrape the last bit out,
I might just put this down and grab a spatula, I grabbed a spatula so I can just get the
last bit out. It's starting to get stiff already so again that is why we waited until the cake
was done out of the oven before making this glaze.
