A sweet with two hearts, simple to implement with custard and chocolate plastic,
Are two cakes in the shape of heart to decorate it differently
we can achieve it together with children that are sure to achieve the strawberries with chocolate to garnish this soft plastic cake -
for the sponge found in the attached form
Ingredients for 2 hearts: 2 sponge cake - the first by 16-18 cm, the second 12- 14 cm, orange syrup, custard, chocolate plastic
Custard Ingredients: 300 ml of whole milk, 200 ml of fresh cream, zest of 1/2 lemon, 3 egg yolks, 45g of corn starch,130g sugar

Boil milk cream with lemon zest
we combine the yolks sugar and cornstarch, pour the hot milk
we put on the fire and harden
we cover the cream with plastic wrap paper to cool
We cut 2 hearts and we keep the cuttings sponge cake to make the edges of the cake
Syrup: 250 ml of water, 1 tablespoon sugar, rind of 1/2 orange
Boil until reduced by half
we put a part of the cream of the 2 hearts center
and then also above and in the sides where we attack the pan pieces of cake we've raised before to shape the heart
Plastic chocolate: - 150 grams of white chocolate melted in a double boiler from the heat add - 1 tablespoon honey - 1 tablespoon water Let's spreading it to cool
We decorate the cake with strawberries and cream colored faux made with our chocolate that we colored red, with writing made with chocolate letters
