If you've forgotten your PIN, don’t worry, we can get a reminder to you really easily.
You can arrange this through Online Account Management
or if you don’t have online access, by calling our Money Managers on 08444 155 155.
To order your PIN online, log into Online Account Management.
Then down the left hand panel, select 'Order PIN reminder'
then 'Order PIN reminder' on the next screen.
If you have previously opted to receive your PIN by text if you forget it
you'll now get a text from us.
When you do, just text your thinkmoney password to 07786 208263
and we'll then send you a text with your PIN.
Memorise it and for security, make sure you delete the text message with your thinkmoney password
from your outbox and also the one we sent back containing your PIN.
If you haven't already opted to receive your PIN by text but would like to
you can opt in by calling a Money Manager.
If you don't want to take advantage of this service
then your PIN will arrive in the post in the next five days.
If you're waiting for your PIN to come to your home
we understand that you may need to access money in the meantime
so there are a couple of options.
We can arrange for you to collect up to £200 daily from local shops
offering the Paypoint facility, by sending voucher codes or barcodes to your mobile phone.
To do this, once you've ordered a PIN reminder
just go to the 'Cash collection' tab on the left and follow the instructions.
If you need to collect more than £200 or don’t have a mobile phone
our Money Managers can arrange for you to pick cash up
from a local Royal Bank of Scotland branch.
