our anniversary is so much about our fans but it's really also about
everybody who works in 'wichcraft. To the dedicated people whether it's
someone who just started working the the first and is kind of learning the ropes, to Jeffrey
sisha, that been here for
the full ten years and everybody in between. This is for them. Happy 10 years.
I started at 'wichcraft in
2007. I was straight outta culinary school
and this is my first job and only job since.
I work at Midtown, which is fast pace. Everyone wants to come in,
grab something good and go on there way. They don't want to wait.
We make homemade granola, its handmade it has toasted coconut
and oats and dried fruit. So it's Greek yogurt
and we serve it with a little bit of honey and then our granola on top
and our customers are just like addicted to that. We've always had it.
and it's one of our like, original bestsellers.
I love having people come in every day for a cup of coffee.
and knowing their name and knowing what they want for lunch. They know my name, we make a relationship
with each other
and that's why that's what makes me happy, to make them happy.
