On behalf of Expert Village I'm Lizbeth Muller and today I will show you a Asian chicken
dinner that is absolutely delicious. Okay we are at the stove now ready for the action,
ready for the cooking. This is my favorite part. So I'm going to use this pan like I
said before I'm going to pour a little bit of oil. I don't measure my oil just so I can
coat that pan. I like to make it hot hot. Sometimes I throw a little sesame oil in there
to a little Asian style. So I put a little bit of sesame oil in there for a little flavoring
of the oil. I wait until that gets hot. Okay I'm going to throw in my vegetables and stuff.
First thing that I'm going to do is actually throw in the ginger which is a spice, like
I said to flavor it up. Sometimes I cook garlic and I put it in there too but today I'm just
going to work with the ginger. So I'm going to throw in there and make this real hot.
I have a gas stove, it usually gets hotter than this which it needs to be a little bit
hotter. When it starts bubbling up move it around. Oh yah I can hear sizzling already
it is going to taste really nice.
