Our policies allow for a certain amount of interim living and
certain features that really were designed around a much better real
estate market there's no question about it
And what we've had to do in order to uh... uh... address the
needs of relocating employees particularly our highest level employees, and we've made a
few moves in that regard
we've
had to be much more open and flexible in allowing the individuals to
have interim living
uh... in order to maintain timeframes for them to collect their
their closing costs at a much later date than they normally would have under
better real estate cycles and uh... we have a received a lot of
guidance from them on what is the average time now to sell house what
can we expect what are other companies doing in regards to their relocation
policy so we found ourselves being
much more liberal in the application of things like interim living
and uh... allowing people to see their closing cost even at much longer
periods following the time we've hired them and they've actually put their house up for sale
as two quick examples but there are other features around that. We've had
to be adaptable

as we've uh...
moved into this terrible time with the housing market
