Hello my name is Johnny Kha and this is Expert Village today we are going to learn how to
make Vietnamese coffee. We are going to start with the ingredients and the first thing I
start out with is using the condense milk so go ahead and get your can opener and open
the can of the condense milk. Then you can pour and once it is open okay let's get it
open. One trick about opening this can you want to open by making 2 holes on 2 sides
so that you get a little air pocket to pour out your condensed milk a little easier. Okay
now that we have our condensed milk open as a preference of sweetness I prefer to 2 to
2 1/2 tablespoon but for today we are just going to use 2 tablespoons.
If you have any trouble with the condense milk being to thick what you can do is when
it is ready open you can put in some warm or a little kind of boiling water just a little
bit and then just let it heat it up a little bit and let it loosen it up and you should
be able to pour it into the spoon. The condense of this milk is to be a lot thicker then expected
so what you can do as a last resort is you can just open the whole lid and just scoop
that out and you surrounds that a little bit later and you can put it in the fridge.
