RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi, this is Rich Buccola of New York City. And today, on behalf of
Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make beef stroganoff. All right, so we
took our saucepan and we made our sauce and actually filled it up with some water. We're
going to boil it. It's for our noodles. But also, I want you to take a look at our stroganoff
here. I'm just going to stir it very lightly. I have it under a low flame and that sauce
is going to start to thicken up. It's going to be really nice. Alright, that water is
actually starting to come to a boil. I'm just going to add a little bit of salt and a little
bit of fresh pepper to this. Going around it a couple of times and we're going to then
add our noodles to our boiling water. I don't want my pasta to stick so I'm just gonna--my
noodles to stick so I'm going to add a little olive oil. And I'm going to add my noodles
now. Let me take about a half a bag that's all we're making. What's great about this
is you make the amount of noodles for the amount of people. There's only two people.
I'll show you storage for this. It's going to be great. So let your noodles cook up,
just going to get it nice and soft. That's going to be your bed. We'll make a bed of
noodles and we'll actually pour over the stroganoff over the top. At this point, we're going to
turn off our stroganoff so that sauce could thicken up.
