XP3 Presentation Builder is a software solution fully integrated in PowerPoint for charting
analysis, presentation and report creation.
Clicking on the Presentation button will display the data sources used in this presentation.
To change from one retailer to another, a user can go into XP3 Quick Picks and choose
from the available selections. In this example, we are switching from Publix to Safeway. A
user can select the channel, target, account, category, time period and measure. All the
data sources can be mapped to simplify the selections a user needs to make to update
the presentation.
When the user clicks OK, the presentation is updated with the selections made in XP3
Quick Picks.
As you can see, all the slides are now updated to reflect another retailer. The Intelligent
Texts associated with the charts are updated as well.
Using XP3, you'll be able to quickly identify the best strategy to increase sales at the
retailer. Once a strategy is identified, a user can go back into XP3 Quick Picks and
use the slide merge module which automatically inserts relative, qualitative information
such as shopper insights and other market research slides into the presentation.
The insight slides are merged into the current presentation.
The user can view the tags assigned to each one of the slides.
Automatically populate multiple data-driven presentation scenarios from a single PowerPoint
file. For example, presentations can be generated to reflect a combination of account, time
period and measure a user has access to.
