Hi! I'm Hope, and the first thing we'll be doing in the weight room are the deltoid flys. This exercise works on your deltoids, aka your shoulders.
This is what you have to do.
Next are the flutter kicks, which look something like this. They strengthen your abdominal muscles.
Hi! I'm Grace, and now we're using the shoulder press, and it works your chest, shoulders, and arm muscles.
Now we are using the agility ladder to do the hopscotch drill, which helps you to work on your lower leg muscles.
Now we are working on the upper legs with this machine.
This machine is used to work your pectoralis major or in other words, your chest muscles. These are called chest flys.
