Hi I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to show you how to make a different
recipe for bagels this bagel is going to be with cinnamon and raisins although it is not
a sweet recipe. The ingredients we are going to start with is a cup and 3/4 of flour, 1/2
tablespoon of dry yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 3/4 cup of water, 1/3
teaspoon of cinnamon and a 2/4 cup of raisins, a mixing bowl. As you can see this recipe
is very different because it doesn't have any eggs whoever is allergic to eggs this
is a good recipe for you. It doesn't have any oil in it which is good for people who
are in a diet or wants to stay away from oil this is a good recipe for them.
