Woah! The trunks attack us.
I'm not saying it in the Spanish (of Spain) meaning, but rather in its literal meaning, "trunk" :-p
That goes out to Arguiñano. Arguiñano doesn't do those things ;-)
Well, here we are putting a little bit of fat to show, like we had said, we have the flower, but no
and give to the trunk...
First, we need to make sure that the fat melts.
Ah! Incidentally, we use fat, in Argentina it is very common to find.
...vaccinated fat, bovine fat, or lard as well.
The good thing is that at the temperatures in which we move are always like this [toc! toc!]
Precisely, the difference between fat and oil is that fat at normal temperature stays hard, while oil does not.
But having to transport the oil is truly a mess.
There are many possibilities that the bottle breaks, or it falls...
This is a pot lid, and what we want is that it drains [distributes] a little.
What I was saying about the fat is that it will give us more versatility, with less possiblity of losing it or dropping it etc.
Once the fat has melted, what we need to do is...
...(of course, if we work it between more people it is easier)...
...is to start stretching the pieces we have made.
We do it this was because later, apart from them fitting, it lets us make a few at a time...
...it serves to save them in the packet of flour [which is now empty].
Here, the subject of the fire is somewhat complicated...
...we don't have any way to regulate it, so you we have to start small.
Start with very little.
Don't scorch it, that is what would happen if there weren't any fat.
So now we have to start making some small cuts.
Nothing from another world.
We can now hear the sound of the fat... starting slowly to [heat up]...
[...] of course, what had busted is a rock that possibly had some water.
But anyways, this is fine because the hot rocks will maintain the heat there.
So for now we will have to wait. As they say on the Gourmet channel, we will have to "wait for the cooking." :-)
Just about 20 minutes? ;-)
