Some cities
celebrated in a different way. Protesting in Balboa park today for restore
the fourth, part of a nationwide demonstration calling for the government to restore privacy
rights. Organizer of the San Diego protest say it
was inspired by information leaked by form NSA contractor Edward snowden.
