So there are a lot of wives tales about what not to eat, you're going to hear don't eat
broccoli, garlic, onions, tomatoes any other kind of citrus oranges. Don't eat chocolate,
drink coffee, stay away from milk or maybe you shouldn't have any bread because you might
end up with a yeast infection you're going to year from so many different people. Again
there are people out there who say don't eat salad, don't eat beans I've heard, anything
and everything that you what you should eat. There is nothing you shouldn't, but things
that can really help you are making sure number 1 that you drink enough water, at least 64
ounces a day of water or clear fluid.
Oatmeal can keep your supply strong, the more pure the better so yes we do love it if you
wanted to sit there and really stir some steel cut outs for a while, but it's okay if you
also have a packet of oatmeal and that works just absolutely fine. If you wanted again
to have a dark beer if you had a hankering for that, that's fine just as long as your
eating well and you're drinking while you're going to be very thirsty when your breastfeeding
you're going to end up probably drinking 64 ounces of water a day and that's exactly what
we would want you to do. If you go over that, that's absolutely fine as well you just want
to keep your supply strong and healthy.
