Hello guys! And what we have here today is a dilemma. Now there's a button over here
offering free cake but there's also a suspicious looking machine. Oh well, what can go wrong?
Oh look, is that the cake delivery man coming now? Oh perfect! -oh. Hey look! Cake! Yeah,
but in all seriousness today I have developed an anvil firing mechanism, an anvil cannon!
And it's very compact and simple, literally. All you need to know about the redstone can
be seen just by looking at it. So how it works is TNT minecarts are propelled into the wall
and they just fire the anvil. It's as simple as that. And the anvil is dropped so it counts
as a falling entity so it can be propelled by the cannon. Now, it is deadly accurate.
As you saw in that first example it will always hit there pretty much on the first try. So
it's ideal for traps. One disadvantage to this system is it doesn't currently include
an automatic anvil reloader but one advantage is you do get quite a lot of the minecarts
back which is nice. So yeah, that's the redstone right there, you can see from top-down: it's
the easiest way for you to copy what I've got here. But yeah, it's honestly this simple,
just hit the button, both minecarts are fired and that is it. You know, that's it! You get
9 shots maximum and it can also fire sand and, of course, the dragon egg if you feel
like doing so. But to be honest, I prefer the much more destructive anvil. Anyway, that's
about it for this video, thanks for watching, and if you have a question or a suggestion,
please leave a comment! See you next time!
