WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of SedonaFit, and
I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The series of exercises that we've just completed
with this hydraulic system from Technogym that isolated muscle groups; it's a starting
point. But if that's all we do, we're going to miss the very important parts of how we
function in life, and that is the exercises and the activities that really tie it all
together that integrate muscle groups. So we start with this as a foundation and as
a conditioning tool, and then we start to integrate other exercises that are going to
work on balance, etc. The next step from here is to use more of a weight stack technical
equipment or the free weights, and then moving from there to the Kinesis system which then
ties it all together, which takes all these different muscle groups that we've started
to condition and gets them to work together in a coherent sense so that we can function,
so that we can become better golf or as better tennis players or better hikers or whatever
activity it is that we want to do that requires coordination and strength and muscular endurance
putting it together that way. So that's the sequence of events that we follow starting
with the foundation moving toward--through some interim type of exercises and then finally
to the Kinesis system which will integrate everything, put it all together so that we
can perform better.
