Consistency in Business
Hi there. Chris Picone, Mindset Coach, Educator, and Speaker. Today I would like to talk to
you about consistency, primarily, consistency in business. And the reason for that is because
it can really be a do or die aspect of your business. Really your clients and your customers
come to you with a level of expectation about the service that you're going to provide for
them, your level of skills, and knowledge and expertise that they can count on and also
the fact that they can come to you with any questions or queries once they purchased your
product or service. If you're not around for them, then it really leaves a gap in the relationship
if you like and it really asked them to question the level of, I guess integrity and also,
the level of reliance that they can have on you.
So one thing I share with all of my clients and I certainly talked to people in networking
groups about this as well, is that it's important to be there for your clients all the time.
Whether or not you have a new product or service to release to them, whether you have a new
message for the marketplace, whether or not there is something different that you can
offer them at this point, it's important to keep in contact with them so that you'll be
the go-to person whenever they do have a question about one of your products or services or
one of the products or services out there in the marketplace that you might be able
to match or start providing for them.
It's really about being there and being reliable for them, being front of mind, and making
sure that everything you do, you do on a regular basis. It helps build trust and if you want
to know anything more about trust and especially in terms of business relationships, I'd strongly
recommend that you grab a white paper from Stephen Covey, it's called the Speed of Trust
and it talks all about how trust in business relationships can either help boom a business
or help it to grow fast. So I hope that information really helps you and I hope it causes you
to question what you're doing in your business on a regular basis that could either be stepped
up, could it be stayed with, or needs to actually be started in order to be there for your clients.
