Hi Boys and girls!! welcome to Natual Fitness TV
I just came back from the gym and I need to get something to eat fast!
so I'm going to share with you this recipe
it's a high Protein PIZZA
the ingredients for the sauce
2 tomatos, 2 cloves of garlic, a piece of ginger, salt and pepper
and for the Dough we're gonna use 1 cup of oats and 5 egg whites
you need two fry pans which I have ready
now we put some coconut oil onto the pan to prevent the dough from sticking
while the pan is heating up! we're going to make the sauce...
chop the tomatoes into pieces to help the blender
we're gonna add tomatoes, garlic and ginger to the blender!
a little bit of salt...
and pepper!
now we turn the blender on!!!!
this go straight to the other pan ( the one without oil)
to make the dough we are going to use 5 egg whites
1 cup of oats
sal and pepper!!
for this particular recipe Iam not using whole eggs
because it's a post workout meal
the idea is that the absorption of the other nutrients(protein & carbs) to be as fast as possible
whenever you add fats the absorption process slows down!
this doesn't that whole eggs are bad for you
the contrary!!!! the are excellent for you
think of it this way!
''one egg contains all the nutrients to turn a single cell into a baby chicken''
their bad reputation is due to their high content of cholesterol
one whole egg contains more than half of the recommended daily dose
however, recent studies have shown that the consumption of dietary cholesterol
does not have and impact in the cholesterol in the blood stream
moreover, eating eggs regularly has been linked in the increment of
HDL (good cholesterol) and the decrease in LDL (bad Cholesterol)
dropping your rick of cardiovascular desease and other chronic deseases
OK after that little piece of information , let's go back to the recipe...
we are going to blend the egg whites and oats
we put that in the pan that must be already hot
alright, now we make sure the heat is in medium in both pans and we put the lids on!
while that's cooking I'm gonna take a shower and I'll see you in 5min
5min after...
after 5-8min we're going to flip the dough
and immediately after we poor the sauce on the dough
spread the sauce evenly
we let it cook for 5 more minutes ....
to give the final touch, we add some oregano,, cos' a pizza without oregano isn't incomplete
here you have the final product
you can add topping of your linking... like mushrooms, onions, etc
