and I'm doing is video to come to give you my p90x3 review
mic input on p 90 x three I get a lot of questions
on x3 as far as you know is it a good workout in
30 minutes and my answer to that is
yes its however in my personal opinion
it you're someone who wants to lose a lot of weight in the quickest time
possible
I would actually recommend to insanity as my personal opinion over p90x3
arms some the benefits are you don't have to have a pool
argued no resistance bands are any equipment is just
your body cell that's always I'll a plus
however if you white in colour
in you want to incorporate way since your workout routine
I would suggest doing p90 axe
if time is it a issue like it you
don't like long workouts you just want to get worked out

me you gonna get a good workout just three minutes is really quick is really
no excuse not to do its
however for me I feel like a lot of the a lot of the workouts that
dealt with weightlifting to me Excel little bit short
I felt like that could have gone an extra 10 to 15 minutes because
I it on the spot like acid was ending I was just started to get like that
good com feel in maybe it's because you know I
lifted weights for a long period of time so it's just something I'm used to
if your new working out you don't lift weights ally
and you don't work out a lot I think you know it might be sufficient enough for
you guys but

if you're from if you're somebody who is looking to
actually days in size and gain muscle I
