It's all about the color. Hey, I'm putting the finishing touches on the last of what
I need to create a beautiful outdoor living space. You watched us design and build this
house in 150 days, but the work is far from over. We're about to jump into my favorite
part of the process of bringing all this together. Join me for an exclusive look right here on
eHow Home. You know, there's just something classic and American about Adirondack chairs.
There's are some that Paul Michael designed, and I like them very much. They're made from
a long lasting wood, Cypress, and they've been put together with bolt construction,
so they're gonna hold up really well. I decided to paint these Cypress chairs this dark green.
It's actually called Deep Forest Green by Sherwin- Williams. What I'm using here is
an exterior latex. It's going on really well. This is just the last little bit I have to
do before I finish up this and I can get all the chairs arranged in this seating area that
I designed in the front of the cottage. You can see what I'm talking about by placing
two of them here in this space. You know, we don't have a lot of room here, but there's
plenty of room for two Adirondack chairs. Two people could sit back and enjoy the view.
I chose this Deep Forest Green color because it echoes what I have on the porch in the
way of the two rocking chairs and the front door itself. Hey, if you have ideas on how
to create a beautiful outdoor living space, I'd love to hear about them. Tell a friend
about our segments, check in regularly, and subscribe to eHow Home. Okay, let me go get
that other one.
