Today we will prepare bhel puri.
Bhel puri is a famous chaat of Mumbai.
It is a street food of Mumbai.
Bhel puri is very tasty.
So let's make bhel puri.
For bhel puri we need puffed rice.
Paapdi
Roasted peanuts
1 Cucumber finely chopped
Boiled and sliced potatoes
Seedless tomato finely chopped
Sev (thin gram flour noodles)
Green coriander paste
Sweet chutney
Chaat Masala
Finely chopped green chillies
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
For preparation we have took all the ingredients.
Take four tblsp of puffed rice in a bowl.
Add 2-3 tspns of cucumber
2-3 tspns of potato
2-3 tspns of tomato
3 tspns of groundnuts
Crush and add 3 -4 pieces of papdi
4 tspns of sev
Add chillies according to your taste.
If you want it less spicy add less chillies and if you If you want it spicy then you can add more chillies.
1/4 tsp of chaat masala.
1 tsp of green coriander paste
2 tsp of sweet chutney
Mix all the ingredients well.
We have mixed all the ingridients very well
The bhel puri is ready now.
Now we will serve bhel puri.
On a plate add 2-3 tblsp of bhel puri.
Sprinkle 1/2 a tsp of chaat masala over the bhel puri.
Add green coriander leaves.
The bhel puri chaat is ready to eat.
Do prepare the bhel puri only when you want to eat it immediately.
Please do not prepare the chaat in advance and s as it makes the puffed rice soggy.
So whenever you prepare it please be sure to eat it immediately.
